PTA Secretary
We are looking for a PTA Secretary starting next fall. The job requirements include:
- set agenda by emailing chairs prior to a PTA meeting
- participate in monthly exec board meetings
- take meeting minutes at monthly PTA meetings (document votes)
- send meeting minutes to Webmaster for posting to website
- advertise monthly PTA meetings
- maintain master PTA calendar
- obtain membership list from membership chair
- help run our zoom platform for all calls/meetings
Audit Committee Chair
We also need an Audit Committee Chair for this summer. There is a very minimal time commitment only over the summer, approximately 4-6 hours (including a short meeting to confirm the audit with the Treasurer and two other PTA members). The job requirements include organizing documents and running a meeting over the summer with a four person committee to complete the audit documents.
The following positions are also available:
- Membership Chair
- Louise Archer 5K Chair (or Co-chairs) for the race planning (there are two Fundraising chairs who have graciously agreed to stay on for the fall)
- Pizza Bingo Event Chairs (x2) and Silent Auction for Pizza Bingo Chairs (x2)
- Yearbook Co-chairs (x2)
- Dining for Dollars Chair
- Faculty Volleyball Chair (or Co-chairs)
- Sunshine Committee Chair
- Reflections Co-Chair (to take over in 2023-2024)
- Cultural Arts Chair
