Yoga is a great way for budding yogis to increase flexibility and improve focus and concentration, while having fun. A wonderful break to provide both movement and stillness. Students will learn to develop strong bodies, strong minds and the confidence and discipline to succeed. Yoga helps train kids in the classroom and also on the field for sports. Everyone will need to bring a Yoga mat or a large towel. Mandala, yoga cards and no-contact games will also be a part of yoga class.
