Reimbursement Requests

With the PTA’s fiscal year coming to a close on June 30th, please have all reimbursement requests in by Friday, June 7th. This will allow time for the approval process, check delivery, and negotiation prior to the close of the fiscal year. Since my term as Treasurer ends this year, I’d like to make everything as clean as possible for the incoming Treasurer. 

In any case, reimbursement requests received after June 30th cannot be paid until the budget is approved by a vote at the first PTA meeting in the Fall. 

Our online reimbursement request and paper forms are available on the PTA website. If using a paper form, please place it in the PTA mailbox in the main office by Thursday, June 6th so that I may pick it up Friday morning.
