Registration is open for the LA 5K and 1 mile kids’ Sun Run. The events will be held on Sunday, April 27th @ 8:00 AM.

T-SHIRT CONTEST! Do you have a budding artist in your home who loves LAES? All LAES students are invited to submit a design for the front of the Louise Archer 5K and Sun Run race t-shirt, which will be worn around town by hundreds of people. The 5K will be on Sunday, April 27th! 

Your design should be drawn on plain, white paper in black ink with the child’s name and grade on the back. Take a picture, or scan, your design and send it to la5k@louisearcherpta.org by NOON on Sunday, March 23rd. 

Please join us for Pizza Bingo on Friday, March 14th. Pizza will be available for sale (cash or credit card) in the cafeteria starting at 5:30pm and bingo in the gym will be from 6:15-7:15pm. NEW for this year! Pre-order your pizza and skip the line!

Pre-order your bundlets from Feb. 24th – March 12th. Pick up your order Friday, March 14th at Pizza Bingo night. Teachers’ bundlets will be delivered to school before the end of the school day on March 14th. There are 6 choices this year: Confetti, Red Velvet, Oreo, Chocolate Chocolate Chip or Lemon and Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookie all for $7.

6th Grade Families – Graduation Yard Sign Fundraiser for the 6th Grade Celebration!

Celebrate your sixth grader and help us reach our fundraising goals! Choose from two options – a general sign ($30) or a personalized sign with your student’s name ($35).

The signs will be delivered directly to Louise Archer and then distributed to families after spring break. The deadline to purchase a sign is March 31, 2025. A portion of each sale supports the 6th Grade Celebration.

Hello Third, Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Grade Families!

We are excited to share that we are bringing Girls on the Run back to Louise Archer! This is an amazing program that gets girls out on the run while building confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills! 

The Spring season will kick off on Tuesday, March 4, and will culminate with a celebration 5K run on Sunday, May 18. Practices are held twice a week at Louise Archer, and we’re excited to get the team off to a strong start! Please see the attached flyer for more information on the program; here are the basics:

Practices:
Tuesday before school @ 7:45AM – 8:55AM
Thursday after school @ 4:05PM – 5:15PM

Held outside at Louise Archer (with backup indoor practice)

Season: Tuesday March 4 – Sunday, May 18
