LAES 2023 Summer Break Sports Camp
Registration opens Thursday, March 9th at 9pm
Available To: Rising 1st thru 7th graders
Location: Vienna Adventist Academy Gymnasium (340 Courthouse Rd. SW)
Wear: Athletic shoes and clothing (no sandals or boots)
Bring: Large water bottle, snacks, lunch, towel/mat to sit on (please make sure your child’s name is on everything they bring)

The Fine Print:
Classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis. If a class hasn’t reached minimum size by the end of the registration, it may be canceled, and money refunded. There will be no refunds for missed classes. Parents/caregivers must pick up students immediately after class ends. Disruptive behavior during the activity or program that affects the experience of fellow participants will result in a warning for the first offense, and dismissal from the program without refund for the second offense. Refunds minus a $30 administrative fee for registration cancellations will ONLY be given up to May 26th for sessions 1 and 2, and before July 1st for session 3. No refunds will be given after these dates. Please refer to our website to see additional rules and waiver.
