Please join us for Pizza Bingo on Friday, April 19th. Pizza will be available for sale (cash or credit card) in the cafeteria starting at 5:30pm and bingo in the gym will be from 6-7pm.

NEW for this year – Pre-order pizza and skip the line! A large cheese or pepperoni pizza and 4 drinks (water or soda) for $20. Single pizzas are $12 each. Pre-order until April 11th.

Mr. Drost and Mrs. Skousen will be calling the numbers again this year! Lots of prizes and everyone can be a winner!

Please bring a blanket and/or cushion for your family to sit on in the gym for bingo. Bingo is free for all but please consider a PTA donation.

These camps will be taught by your favorite PE teachers and the Sports & Games LLC staff. We will run three sessions: June 17-21, June 24-28, and August 5-9.

Registration is now open on Homeroom and will stay open until the sessions are full.

Note that due to school renovations, the sports camp will be held at Vienna Adventist Academy this summer. Camp will run from 9am – 2pm.

Come cheer on your favorite Louise Archer faculty as they take on the staff of Wolftrap Elementary in another Epic Volleyball Battle! Last year was close, but we were victorious thanks to our huge crowd of enthusiastic supporters.

Admission is free for everyone!

We will be selling Louise Archer rally towels, foam fingers and spirit sticks to help cheer on all our favorite teachers. Concession sales will include whole pizzas (not by slice), candy, and water.

Pizza and drinks available for pre-order on the PTA webstore. 

We also are looking for volunteers to help with set up, concessions and clean up.

The PTA is once again collaborating with Original Works for our annual art-based fundraiser. The online ordering catalog is now live with your child’s artwork!

Along with the products from past years, three new products are available for purchase this year: Silk Touch Blanket and Beach Towels (2 different designs).

Get your orders in by Thursday, March 28th if you want free shipping to the school. Your child will come home with ordering instructions next week. The instructions will include a unique code to find your child’s artwork on the webpage if you do not recognize it without the code.

You can also contact Cathy Chen if you need help with your child’s code or with ordering. Be sure to get your orders in before spring break if you will be going out of town.
