Louise Archer ES is participating in the Vienna Walk and Bike to School challenge. Our daily and week totals of walkers and bikers will be shared along with those of other Vienna elementaries and published in the Vienna Patch online newspaper.  Plan to walk or bike to school (or even the last portion of your trip to school) that week.

Volunteers are also needed in the mornings before school every day that week. SIGN UP.

Order School Supplies online May 1-31. Don’t drive around to purchase your supplies….. now you can order them online.   The supplies will be delivered as individual kits.  They will be ready for your child/children’s first day of school.  Teachers have worked with these lists to ensure the supply lists are tailored to their class needs.  We’ve worked to keep the prices competitive for the supplies.

The Sixth Grade Dinner is a wonderful way that Louise Archer celebrates our new graduates. The date has been set for Friday, June 8th from 6:30 - 9:30 pm.

Tickets will be on sale through the web site from May 18th - June 5th. We are still looking for pictures for the slide show and volunteers for the decorating committee.

Field Day will take place this year on Thursday, June 7th (rain date: Friday, June 8th). Many Volunteers are Needed!

Field Day is a highlight of every LA student's school year! It will take place on Tuesday, June 7th (rain date June 8th).  K-3 grade events will take place in the morning from 9:30-12:00, and 4th to 6th grade events from 12:30-3:00.
